Hi,

I think that direct sequence modulation or QPSK at 2.4 GHz will fix your
problem. There is almost no way to put 200 kBps into any other band (lower
than 2.4 GHz). Try to find a cable modem system that does 2.4 GHz at your
data rate and modify it slightly for your purpose (no cable, PCB antennas,
probably a small RF amp at the receiver only). Needless to say, this will
NEVER pass any FCC or EC classification without major work. I think that
there are spread spectrum modems at 800 MHz and 2.4 GHz available that
might work as fast as you want. Apple Airport maybe ?
