I am not an engineer and have no hands on experience with this topic. I have however browsed several magazines just to get an idea of what's going on in the world. I remember that what you are trying to accomplish is the subject of many articles in Circuit Cellar INK magazine. It seems that almost every month they have articles on how to access remote sensors via the web. I haven't looked lately but I believe they have a web site (HTTP://WWW.CIRCUITCELLAR.COM) with listings of past articles. The article files are located at FTP.CIRCUITCELLAR.COM Check it out, you might find that what you're trying to accomplish has already been done. At minimum, you should gain some insight as to what is involved. -Greg
