Hi

I already know how to interface  sensors and a motors to a PC using the
serial or parallel port.
I would like to learn how to do the same but  over the internet.
My question is about how difficult it is: the use of some software or is a
complex matter. What matters I need to study?
Please give me any links or the right keywords for searching.
