JFTHOI, I went to google.com and did a search on openpic. There
were dozens of references to an OpenPIC standard for multiprocessing
on PCs that was developed by Cyrix and AMD about 1995. It looks
like they have since abandoned the idea. Wasn't clear if they had
a trademark on the name.
