Sounds like 'work off-line' has been checked.  Did you use the browser in
local mode (maybe to view a graphic)?  That will leave it off-line.
In IE you remove the check mark under the File menu.
In Netscape you select 'Go online' under the File menu.

        Hello again,

        I have a problem trying to get online with the computer I normally
use, and hope someone can give me an idea.  I was online Friday and all was
well but when I tried to go online yesterday it failed.  It appears that it
doesn't try to access the modem but just comes up saying "website
unavailable" without dialing.  I have both Outlook 5 and Netscape 4 and they
act the same way.  Any help will be greatly appreciated!
