*THREE* PICs?  Heavens no!  I'm going for 2K or less on *ONE* PIC.  I've
seen HTTP done on an 'F84 already (Richard Beales?).  Neat, but I needed
ICMP and UDP also, and a little more of a general-purpose set of code.
