I am using the Mathias ICE with the PIC16C76 family pod. Pins RB3 and RB4
will not pull low when connected to a light load (Data input of LCD
display). If I connect 1K pulldowns to these pins it runs fine.

I am not aware of any difference in hardware between these pins and others
on the emulated device.
