If you could get a quote on the following example case: - 10ea, 2-sided, 3"x4", FR4, plated thru, proto service [no masks]. - "extra" hole drilling: 5 std drills, total = 440 holes I've added extra holes here, since many pcb manufacturers charge a **very stiff** premium for hole density beyond 24/sqin. 440 holes is about 36/sqin - about normal for my pcbs. Info in mask costs would also be useful - with most manuf, this step is quite expensive. =========== For reference, the approx cost of 10bds from apcircuits.com would be about: 10 * [(3*4*0.68)+(1.50/extra holes)] + (48/setup) = $145US --> $14.50/bd.
