Both actually.  I need a power and ground line (to power lights and camera

both 12 volts and will run of car battery) and two lines to transmit the
camera signal back to the surface.  Of course... more lines would be
great..
because at some point I would like to mount motors, claw, perhaps even
some
form of a sucker device.  basically I am building a small ROV.

Luckily this little device I am building is for fresh water (although I
live
on the coast of Maine and there is PLENTY of ocean around)  I live in a
small town where granite quarrys are everywhere and I am building this
device to see what is on the bottom of those quarrys :)
