You have my sympathy, but you could be in a tight spot. Allocation has been raging furiously for nearly a year now, and Analog Devices is one of a number of nasties. Their deliveries are stretching to the 25 week mark, and already the 'buy 'em where you find 'em' cycle has taken it's toll. I needed some RMS/DC converters, and paid a hefty 11.75 instead of 3.32. I paid $700 for a batch of just one part to be able to survive for the rest of the year on one project. Your only hope was to get in the pipeline early. You may be in trouble on this part, but scour the rest of your bills to see if you have any other potential troubles. Flash memory is a big gotcha. Atmel is apparently in deep doo doo. But Microchip is managing to keep delivery down to a manageable 7-8 weeks, reasonable in these times of turmoil. Best of luck.
