Ok let me explaine more.
it is a small ignition module made for VW to conert points
to electronic. I made a module based on 12c509 to drive
an ignition coil  every thing works fine. the only thing we do not like it
is
that we have to program it . I just want to do it without using pic if it is
posible.
this is how it works.
input has a hall sensor when rotor turns it will trigger the hall sensor
and output will fire now the problem is that if the ignition switch is on
but the engine is not running and the magnet is over the hall sensor it may
overload the output
 transister and kill it. the pic reads the input signal  RPM and when it is
running then
it knows that it is accualy running it will output  the coil if it is only
low or hi it will clear the
output.
