I have looked at All Electronics' offerings, and MPJA's offerings, but each has it's flaws. I bought a few Daewoo modules from All Electronics, they are great, except they are inverted (black background, pixels are 'holes' with backlight shining through), and the only backlit 16x2 module from MPJA needs a -5v supply. I am looking for a 16x2 module that can be read without the backlight turned on, powered from a single +5v supply, with an LED backlight, in the $10 or less price range. Surplus is good. Also, something smaller that Optrex' DMC-16202 would be prefered - stuffing those giants into a small project box can be... 'entertaining' :) thanks for any help, Keelan
