Hi All, I have a PIC16C64B, which is supposed to be UV erasable. I have tried sticking it under a UV lamp for 30 minutes, but there seems to be no corruption or any signs that the chip has been erased. The HEX code looks exactly as it was when I programmed it. Does anyone know how long the chip must stay in UV light? The UV light box I am using, is actually meant for developing PCB's, but I'm have been told, it has been used to erase EPROMS.
