I just tested my home made nopp.  With all the excitement I loaded the Demof84.hex(led chaser), it some how returned an error when I tried to verify the program.  The message is:
failed at 0000.  expected 3000, found 3fff.  

I tested the programmer before I put in the chip16F84A-20I/P and it was fine.  can any one tell me what's going on ?
