Allan, I don't see how this is possible, could you please tell me how this works? What is on the other end of the connection? Are you using a normal phone line? Do phone lines in .PH land (Phillipines?) use digital codecs? If they do, this is probably impossible because they usually digitize using 8bit samples at 8 thousand samples per sec, which is only 64 thousand bits per sec, so they can't possibly support a data date of 70kbps.
