I was stuck for a time in that the 16F873 would not come it; it appeared to
not be running the program. I checked the PICSTART PLUS, the program,
simulated the program, etc, etc, etc, ONLY TO FIND OUT, that I missed an
important point in the data sheet: on POR. The RA0- inputs are allocated to
the A/D peripheral, NOT as I/0. I wasn't getting any outputs! !@#$

Hm.......guess I'll read the data sheet on using a new device more closely
next time. Moral.....READ THE DATA SHEET, IN DETAIL!
