I have it in a single PDF document - goodness knows where I got it from
though. It's 688 pages long, and is 3.3Mb. I must have downloaded it from
Microchips web site, but I can't find it now... I can only find separated
sections.

If anyone wants a copy of it, I can upload it to the web.
