I need a H.V. circuit design. The circuit must produce a spark in the

Camera flashes are ~300V.  CCFL are 1000-5000V (less certain here.)  You
need to look at, uh, furnace ignitors (which are available off-the-shelf,
designed to be "activated" by a low voltage (thermostat) circuit.
