I know many people on this list are trying to make PCBs by what ever home
PCB fabrication they can think of.
At my office, we do film work for PCBs, and if you found that a printout on
laser printer is not opaque enough or does not have the resolution needed,
perhaps I can help.  The guy in my office who does film work will be happy
to help a hobbies out (as long as they are not demanding)
As for PCB layout, I will be glad to help on simple designs. (if you know
what you want)

Anyway, we will be willing to help for free as long as we have some spare
time.
