Especially, post plain text *only* to the list engine.

Sending "Set PICList Digest", to the PICList List Server at
<LISTSERV@MITVMA.MIT.EDU>, will do the trick.  Bug me if problems, cc
the requesting e-mail and the reply you get from the list server.

I can set you to digest mode as needed, PR, if you send me the problem.

Expect the Digest to be one rather large file daily (sent at 9:30pm PST
roughly.)
