You ask for toooooo much.
But your priority can be met with ProEngineer.
That's what we've been using.
We tried several others before too.

Hi All,
Does anyone have experience with 3D Drawing software?
I am looking for software to purchase, that will enable me to draw custom
plastic parts.
Ease of use(short learning curve), compatibility with mold makers and
prototypers is priority.
Any good or bad experiences you can relate would be appreciated.
