Our Future people can't even figure out simple part numbers either. I've almost given up on trying to get samples through them. Lately, I just call MChip and get the info from them and then tell our people at Future what to order. It's sad. She couldn't even figure out how to get ETN21. I called MChip and they just emailed it to me. I was told an item that was listed on the MChip web page was obsolete. I called MChip and was given the info about the widget. Now we've got them in stock, no thanks to our distributor. This is not what I am used to from ANY company. I'm NOT a happy customer. -----Original Message----- From: Jeffrey D Spears [mailto:jspears@ENGIN.UMICH.EDU] Sent: Monday, May 01, 2000 11:59 AM To: PICLIST@MITVMA.MIT.EDU Subject: Re: Microchip Samples Not only parts--printed data sheets are a bast'd to obtain too! ok..jef On Mon, 1 May 2000, Kosmerchock, Steve wrote: > Giles, > > I know what you're going through.
