We had a TRIO SSB transceiver with VOX* facility. One day it didn't want to load up to the aerial. Associate started trouble shooting - leaning over the back of the set he found the problem - feeder went to some inline device (?SWR meter) & had come loose. Holding the feeder in his hand he turned to me and called 'I've found the problem" or similar. The VOX did what VOXes do - I don't know what his SWR was. Only about 150W capable so no great harm done. RM * VOX = Voice Operated Transmission.
