I can`t rember having seen any data on that device when looking into linear sensors. However I would look at some of the newer devices on the market now, if I was you. A lot of linear sensors are really cheap now thanks to the massive quantities of #50 scanners being sold. You`d probably find that a lot easier. Also if you don`t strictly want to stick to CCD`s why not have a look at contact image sensors. I am using one in my current project and they are a complete doddle to use. I have zero interface logic between it and my SX. Not even a ADC as I use the sx`s internal comparitor to get B/W values. >Hi listers, > >Sorry about the OT but I can't find that info, this is perhaps my last >resource. > >I've rescued this linear CCD sensor from an old (earlier 90's) Siemens fax >machine. >Have surfed hard the net for the datasheet, but found nothing. > >Also, I'm a newbie to image sensing, and want to learn about the basics of >CCD IC driving.
