You might try the Motorola MC145740. I've never seen it or a data sheet
for it...but Motorola reccomended it to me for an application. I never
followed up on it. Supposedly it is a DTMF tranceiver with some sort of
computer interface (ie you have to give it commands and such, not just a
4 bit BCD number).
