Hey Everyone,

Thanks for the help.  I can let you know that the whole circuit was hooked
up correctly, and the code was correct as well.  I remembered a post that
from some time back that someone had to change XT to HS in the config bits
to get the circuit to run.  It hit me in the tub tonight and I tried it and
the circuit works great.  I now have my first pic program up and running!!!!

Thanks again for all of the help you guys gave me.  I really appreciate it.
 Honest I do!!!  Now we can add this XT to HS for 3pin resonators to our
list of solutions for beginner problems with circuits not working right.
