Perhaps I was too quick to call it SPAM then. His product announcements may well be of interest to all of those groups. I just jumped the gun because I received 4 separate copies and they were all caught by my SPAM filter and diverted. I did not realize they all came from lists I subscribe to. I withdraw my SPAM vote and align with Andy...it looks more like an announcement that COULD be of interest to the group(s) he posted to. I know that many of my customers monitor this list and welcome an announcement when we release support for new PICs or enhance our tools. We don't bombard the list with advertisements, but I think I would feel free to make pertinent announcements at times without being tagged a SPAMMER. Of course 'pertinent' is in the eye of the PICLISTER.
