Hi,

as i'm very new to PICs and i want to find out more about them I would
like to learn how to program them. I found some documentation about some
commands that are used by the PIC e.g. 'write program memory' = $02h + data to be
written. But in a sourcecode i found some other 16bit codes for those
commands and so I'm really confused about it.

What I want to do later on is to write my own PIC-Programmer software for
some kind of stupid serial-port programmers i build.

So if anyone here please could help me finding the required informations I
would be very happy.
