Can anyone suggest a good parallel input pll frequency synthesizer that also
contains a reference divider.  I've been using Motorola's  (about $9 a pop)
but they r too expensive and hard to come by.  I use them in transceivers
(hobby stuff) and need a part that is easier to obtain and cheaper.
