Actually it easy a little bit.

RUN MPLab , [Options] -> [Development mode]
where you choose right processor to work with.

Step 1.
[File] -> [Import] -> [Download to memory]

Step 2.
[File] -> [Export] -> [Save HEX File]
where you check the (Disassembler code) under
the output format. Enter the {file name dot dis}
and save it by pressing [OK] That's it.
