Ultraedit is good.
I was addicted to Intel's AEDIT for DOS :-( and still keep switching
back to DOS mode to make some changes in files with the help of
it's macros, speed, huge file support, edit anything, ....
Maybe emacs is better, I will try the Win9x version, but VI....
