I forget which it is in, perhaps an errata, perhaps in a different line. Your FAE should be able to tell you the same, but we've already gone over this several times here, perhaps it's doc'd in the archive. The ADC module isn't as good as it could be, but it sure beats adding an extra chip most of the time.
