Sorry, you were talking about DAC not ADC, but the analogy of my
previous email is the same.  The only big difference, is that if you are
planning to use the DAC for audio output, serial DAC's are not
recommended if you plan to go 14k samples/second or above.  Check it
with care before you decide.
