Or more Fair enough, if the crew out there is not an inspection crew. I was thinking on the basis that it would be a one man inspection crew doing an annual (or whatever time interval) inspection. Being able to get an on the spot result does have the advantage of being able to mark the pole immediately as the one needing replacement so there is no confusion by the crew replacing poles. I do not envisage a truck with crew going on an inspection on the basis that a couple of poles need replacing out of the number they have been assigned to inspect. This would be an even worse and more expensive use of resource.
