We have used Allegro Hall Effect sensors on many projects.  We are very
happy with their performance.

I looked for an exact replacement for the TL3103 on allegromicros website
they dont have an exact one but check them out they do have linear hall
effect devices maybe they got what you need  and they have samples that get
to you within a couple days.
