Tail-gate is bad.  Stationery speed camera causes tail-gate.  So
stationery speed camera is worst.

I don't speed.  But I will do to get away for tail-gating.  That was
precisely what happen at speed-camera section of the road.  People
regardless of their traveling all lower the speed which creates a
squeeze at the section.  Once without knowing the present of the
camera, I tried speed pass the squeeze on the overtaking lane.  There
I was ...  So now to avoid fine, I have to put myself in a more
dangerous situation everytime I pass by there.
