It seems that what is needed is a company that provides the infrasructure Andy mentions and farms out the work. So much talent appears to be not getting used to do what it does best. I would be better off giving half my hourly rate to a management company than trying to manage these issues myself. I have argued for many years that the tech input is the most valuable part of a project but I am now prepared to conceed that the management component is more valuable that the techo. Cheers Glen
