Blimey, don't complain, the UK one is *six* fat volumes.  The CD version
is much better for your health...

I can see why the prices are listed separately though, that way they can
use the same catalogue in different territories and just print different
pricelists - or decide on the prices at the last moment to allow for
currency changes.
