Hello all, I am once again back on the PicList.

OK, I am looking at someone else's board. I see a yellow 3 pin thing in place of the xtal. It looks to me like the center pin is tied to ground and the other 2 are going to OSC1 & OSC2.

I love to reduce part count and want to know what this is.. It looks like a tantalum cap with 3 pins and has 4.00u on it, my guess is it is 4.0Mhz.

Is it RC? or Xtal with caps built in? Who sells them, who is the mfg?
