Scott, I have one of my students update Brian Lane's picprg 2.2 parallel programmer to work with 16F87X parts and run under Linux 2.2.X kernels. The parport driver changes broke picprg 2.2. Since Brian doesn't seem to have a GNU copyleft on the software I guess I'll need to talk to him about releasing the updated code. Should have it done sometime next week. BAJ
