I will add a bit in the PICList FAQ about remembering that the PICList is a
world wide thing and that if you are talking about something that may change
with physical location you should generally mention yours.

also would it be possible to ask people asking for bits of electronic kit to
post their location as the cost of posting items to the US or NZ ect. puts
people off offering Items. just the other day somebody wanted a old modem I
have a few and dumped a load as they have no value today. but the cost of
postage well...
