Hi Everyone,

I have read H-Bridge to switch 150 volts DC at very small currents
(1 ma or less). I need a low power chip, a chip that draws 10 ma
just to light it up is NG.

Need switching frequencies atleast 40 kHz, 200 kHz is better.

SMT or reduced profile package preferred, can live with a DIP
package if thats what it takes to get the 150v switching ability.

Suggestions and comments OFFLIST preferred.
