Most of my R&D is done on a PRIME-17 with a 20mhz oscillator pack and a 16F877. This discussion has got me a little nervous that it may not be safe to release my 20MHz based programmer/ICD and perhaps I should drop down to 16mhz? I would appreciate further feedback myself.
