Hello all!
I am addressing my question to after I have read  MicroChip PDF's and a lot
of PicList Archives.
I am a beginner and I am trying to design a simple remote control. I decide
to use KeeLoq encoder/decoder pairs : HCS300/HCS512.
My question is: if I have to program before use encoder or decoder?
As I understand Microchip programs (in phase of manifacturing) all needed
information as serial number , encription code etc. . Is that true?
And only thing I have to do is to "learn" a transmitter by receiver?
But when I turn a decoder i 'learn' mode - the LED goes ON and after first
push of button, goes OFF , after that goes ON for 1 sec. .... that's all ???
But do not recognizes next transmissions?
