Am using a 16F84 to retransmit a radio packet,
and need extra RAM for the packet (512 Bytes)
The 1M R/W limit on the 24LC21 will be reached within 100 days.

So has anyone used any I2C 1K+  serial Rams (where of course there is no
limit)
