Interesting stuff. I just found references in Partminer at around the $1.60 range for 2K Byte FRAM. This is very close to what I want. I have a slight concern about the 10 Giga write lifetime as I will be hitting my memory pretty frequently and pretty hard. Ideally for me I'd like something like this (SPI two wire bus) but with RAM instead of the non-volatility. This is a very cool p[roduct that I will probably use for other stuff sooner or later.
