I've been too busy working on your challenge! :) There are several problems with Darrel's offer. First dll's are totally useless to me since I can't use them under Linux. I don't bother with windows anymore unless I have too. Second, as Darrel has repeatedly said, mpsim is primarily an instruction simulator. gpsim already does that. Third, without the source I have no desire to use mpsim. If I had the source, then I could merge gpsim into mpsim's api, gpl the result and even the window's users could benefit from gpsim's efforts. But it ain't gonna happen. I admire Darrel's efforts, but quite frankly this is not an important issue in the grand scheme of things. MPSIM works fine for 90% of the users (that's a presumption on my part). There's too much risk and effort in trying to satisfy the remaining 10%. Besides, there ARE other solutions like UMPS and gpsim that already out there. Scott
