I am being talking to people at >Internet that use this mike, their voices are very clear and no noises, >even that they report noises in the room. Close-Miking is pretty effective, because the mic is set up to be "deaf as a post". The phased array technique discussed earlier is good for distant sources, but if your close mic dosen't pick them up in the same amplitude and phase, then you will have residual, or in some cases MORE noise. ex: If you have a noise that's picked up on both mics, at the same level and phase, then it's gone. If you have a noise that's level 100 on one mic, and level 50 on the other mic (maybe because your head is in the way) then it will be at level 50. If you have a noise that's picked up well by the "cancelling" mic, and not at all by the close mic, then it will come right in at full strength. Same goes for phase shifts, though at reasonable frequencies and separation distances, that's not such a problem. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGPfreeware 6.5.2 for non-commercial use iQA/AwUBOMggYIFlGDz1l6VWEQL/CgCgltQrJ0IH+FJYabFXvvJtf6Qw8XkAoLnR nVBnSkVpB7HB0HoPUHsQ/HYj =IcBL -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
