I am sorry, an easy solution in your case, you need a directional mike.

Find a tick piece of styrofoam (you can find it inside of shipping boxes
of TV, stereo, computer shipping protective molded foam, make a hole of
1 inch diameter, 2 to 3 inches deep, leaving at least 1 inch of
styrofoam at the bottom of the hole (it has just one opening).

Fill the bottom of the hole with 1/2" or more with soft cotton. Fill the
rest of the hole with soft cotton, leaving 1/4" to 1/8" hole at the
center, mike at the bottom of the hole. Talk directly into the hole.

Or, purchase a $25 mike for internet phone use, it comes with the stereo
ear pieces and attached mike, it is NOT very sensible, so you need to
speak millimeters from the mike.  I am being talking to people at
Internet that use this mike, their voices are very clear and no noises,
even that they report noises in the room.
