I agree with David, Siemens (IL300) and CPclaire make a dual.

The problem with singles is that production variations are quite gross.  Also,
temperature dependancies will heavily affect your attempts.  If you MUST do it
this way, use two single optos wired as a dual, and do the feedback method.  Your
performance may not be as good as the dual out models, but it will be a far cry
better than open loop.
